Compound bricks for lining of rotary kiln
This kind of compound brick is a new develoiped products for alumina and cement rotary kiln. It is a new lining material integrate heavy refractorywirking layer with light heat-insulating layer. It is tested and proved of more than 20% energy saving after being applied in large scale rotary kilns.
Features of product:
Integrated heavy refractory layer with light one, easy for application,labor and effort saving.
Good performance at high temperature; peel-off resistance; anti-corrosion; excellent heat insulation; energy saving; temperature of kiln body can be deceased by 80-120 o C.
Double durable life compared with other bricks for rotary kiln.
With the development of technology and dry kiln, the compound brick for rotary kiln will become the more optimum products for energy saving, lower cost and prolong kiln's working life.
2 High active compound brick for cement kiln
As a new lining material for sintering zone of new dry cement kiln and a new type of green environment protection product, high active brick has the feature of good heat-shock stability, alkali resistance and wear resistance, easily stick to kiln wall, and long working life.

4. Silicon-mullite Bricks
